Supported

Notion is a connected workspace for docs, wikis, and project tracking, used by some smaller operations teams instead of separate tools for each purpose. This isn’t where claim data lives, Notion is where your team coordinates around ProPay: documenting and tracking the integration build.

What ProPay does with Notion

For teams that run their operations out of Notion rather than a separate Jira and Confluence setup, your Forward Deployed Engineer can track integration milestones and documentation there instead.

Nothing about claim data, parts sourcing, or payment execution routes through Notion. It’s purely operational, the coordination layer around the integration and around exceptions that need a person’s attention, not a channel for claim records themselves.

How the Notion connection works

Integration tracking and documentation are set up in a Notion workspace your team provides during deployment.

This is set up once, early in deployment, alongside the rest of the Notion configuration your team already maintains, it isn’t a separate ongoing integration to manage.

What stays in Notion

Notion continues to run exactly as it does for every other team and project already inside it. ProPay adds one more source of notifications or tracked work, using the structure your team has already built.

Data handling and security

Anything ProPay posts into Notion, an escalation, a deployment update, is a notification about activity happening on your company-specific ProPay instance, not a copy of underlying claim or customer data. ProPay is SOC 2 compliant, with both Type I and Type II audits complete.

The claim recommendations behind any escalation posted to Notion carry their own confidence level and audit trail inside ProPay, independent of whatever your team tracks in Notion.

Setting this up

A dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer sets up the Notion connection early in deployment, working with whoever on your team owns that workspace.
